A/N: Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Of all the pages I've done, THIS would have to be the most regrettable in hindsight. -_-;;;

I opened a whole can of worms about just what Pete's datakeeper is supposed to do + how Pete operates in general. A lot of which just feels ...off.

Also, admittedly the sight of them sitting in a dumpster alley just comes out of nowhere. :< I didn't properly establish that they were trying to get a room at the Hotel Hokkle there, and were turned away by the humans. I merely implied it, thinking: "HELL, ALL THE GREAT STORYTELLERS ARE GOOD AT THIS KIND OF SLEIGHT OF HAND CLUE-DROPPING, SO I SHOULD DO IT TOO."

So yeah... maybe you got it, but it sure could have been done better. This page was supposed to carry a lot of emotional impact but it lacked sufficient context. >___>;;; This, among several other underlying blunders in the comic are reasons why I still want to do a complete SSnPP reboot someday. Obviously, it'll have color and the designs will be more stylized & researched. And of course it'll be sexier + more action. Jeez. XD;
